We have had lots of fun playing on our new bikes and scooters and would like to thank the Friends of Stanbridge who gave us the money to buy them THANK YOU. 

  Another big THANK YOU to Miss Andrews who spent the summer holiday painting Foundations outside area. It looks brilliant and the children enjoy their time in their new environment. We have enjoyed learning about bones during our topic of Ourselves. We loved reading Funnybones and drew our own pictures. Can you guess where the skeletons are?

 We are enjoying Jolly Phonics and learning new sounds and are beginning to blend them together. You can find all the Jolly Phonics information on the internet, where you can perchase a range of support materials if you like.

The children will start to bring home reading books to share with you. Please can you write in the reading diary if they have read at home so that we know and can then change their books. If there is no comment will we assume that they have not read and therefore will not change their books.
